Part of our mission includes giving each one of our clients the information they need in order to make informed decisions about their vehicle’s care. Q. May I pick up my vehicle after hours?
A. Yes! We can accept your credit card remotely with our secure Text2Pay system. After payment we will text you the code to a special on-site lockbox which contains your key. You may retrieve your key and vehicle any time of day, including after business hours. It’s part of our dedication to making auto repair and maintenance truly stress-free and seamless.
Q. Does Bimmer Rescue work on vehicles that weren’t made by BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Mini or Tesla?
A. No. We have decided to specialize in a select number of manufacturers’ vehicles as part of our commitment to providing truly exceptional service. We’re certain your Ford, Toyota or Subaru deserves expert care – we just aren’t the ones to provide it. But we know who is: Auto Rescue, our sister locations in Midlothian and Lakeside, VA.
